My hard job volunteering and helping farmers friends in their farms and their gardens, give me the confidence to apply in the most renowned food groups and the top restaurants in the city of NY and the east end south fork of Long Island as a Farm to Table presenter and Native Heirloom Seeds Educator, cooking for amazing venues, events and eco platforms. The industry of consuming healthy products and organic trends is changing very fast and the Permaculture as you may heard in the 80s is now a speed light travel applied in business all around the world in the art and real state as well in funds for bio technologies or the big monsters of oil and electricity.
